Assalamu alaikum,

ade Rana, hari ini ade genap 1 tahun, dan 1 tahu pula ade ayah & bunda hidup bersama dengan bahagia, bahagia ade adalah bahagia ayah dan bunda, tangisan ade juga adalah rasa sedih ayah dan bunda yang insya allah Allah mencatatnya sebagai bagian dari ihktiar ayah dan bunda mencintai dan menyayangi ade karena Allah.

Ade Rana…, pipis, bahkan ‘ee’ yang membasahi badan dan baju ayah serta bunda adalah sebuah kebahagiaan yang tak terkira tatkala anak yang disayanginya berbuat.

Ade Rana…, Maafkan Ayah & Bunda, jika ada salah dalam menyayangi dan membesarkan ade, dan di hari yang berbahagia ini hanya Do’a yang ikhlas dan tulus dari Ayah dan Bunda…,

Ya Allah mudahkanlah ikhtiar dan cita-citanya, dan mudahkanlah rizkinya.

Ya Allah berilah petunjuk dan jadikanlah kami sebagai orang tua yang bisa mendidik dan membina anak yang Kau Anugrahkan kepada kami di Jalan-Mu.

17 Agustus 2007, MERDEKA..!!!

Jum’at yang cerah akhirnya saya putuskan untuk berangkat ke pulau Lombok by my Shogun yang sudah di siapkan tadi malam. perjalanan 1,5 jam akhirnya sampai di Padang Bai pelabuhan di Bali untuk menyebrang ke pulau Lombok. Ferry yang membawaku menyebrang cukup besar dan muatannya cukup banyak. Indahnya laut selat Lombok seakan sayang untuk di lewatkan begitu saja di atas kapal. Physical carcinogens

Cancer pathogenesis is traceable back to DNA mutations that impact cell growth and metastasis. Aneuploidy

Down syndrome patients, who have an extra Chromosome 21, are known to develop malignancies such as leukemia and testicular cancer, though the reasons for this difference are not well understood. Tumor suppressor genes code for anti-proliferation signals and proteins that suppress mitosis and cell growth. Generally, tumor suppressors are transcription factors that are activated by cellular stress or DNA damage. Often DNA damage will cause the presence of free-floating genetic material as well as other signs, and will trigger enzymes and pathways which lead to the activation of tumor suppressor genes. The functions of such genes is to arrest the progression of the cell cycle in order to carry out DNA repair, preventing mutations from being passed on to daughter cells.
